Report of wrongdoing or improper behaviour within a private or public company

Whistleblowing is a risk prevention tool to signal any behaviour,
acts or omissions affecting the integrity of the Company,
of which the reporting agent has become aware as part of the the working environment.

It is governed by D.Lgs. 24/2023, 2019/1937 EU Directive and by the Company process as well.

Whistleblowing Portal is a channel that SIDAT Group S.p.A. make available to make written form reports guaranteeing, through the use of encryption tools,
the confidentiality of the identity of the reporting person, of the person involved and of the person mentioned in the alert, as well as the content of the report and related documentation.
